Guided meditation

Meditation is difficult to explain and it cannot be tought but it can be practiced and learn bit by bit. It does not mean to have a blank state of mind, it means to stop, breath and watch. Its purpose is to slow down the speed of our thoughts, to concentrate in one item and to try and find peace and balance.

It is a millenary technique and we want to share it with you in Shen Natura as it produces many benefits for both short and long terms.
